Exchanges & Returns on Jewellery
Each piece of jewellery is carefully and intentionally handcrafted so we do ask you to be patient as some pieces may take 1-2 weeks to ship out to you. We kindly ask you to choose your pieces thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If you encounter any issues with your item upon arrival, please email us at Kaarmej@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Please note that Käärme Jewels will not cover postage costs for any exchange unless the item is damaged upon arrival. Actions for returns will only be taken once the item has been received back at our studio.

Faulty Items
We ensure that all orders are packaged to the highest standards and that your parcel is carefully checked and dispatched with love. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number, and we will rectify this for you.
