Returns & Shipping Policy
At Kaarme Jewels, we want you to love your pieces. If you are unsatisfied, we may accept the return of an unworn item on a case-by-case basis. Please note that customised pieces with initials cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all return requests, please email hello@kaarmejewels.store within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
Each piece is crafted with care and may take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched unless stated otherwise in the product description. If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to its dispatch timeframe in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together on the pre-order dispatch date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
Please note that all international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged by their local government. These charges are
not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the
destination country’s regulations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the exact amount of these charges, as they vary between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more
information.
By placing an international order, you agree to accept any applicable import charges upon delivery.
Returns Policy
- Full-priced (non-personalised) items can be refunded if returned within 14 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as it occurs when jewellery is exposed to chemicals or prolonged water contact. See our Care Instructions for details.
- Kaarme is not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, mishandling, or improper care.
- Kaarme is not responsible for necklaces ordered in the incorrect size. Please refer to our ‘Necklace Length Guide’ prior to purchase to find your perfect fit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, repairs, or exchanges if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
Full-priced (non-personalised) items can be exchanged if the necklace has not yet entered production.
If your item has commenced production or it has been shipped - if you wish to replace an item, please return it following the above policy and place a new order.
Returns Process
- Email hello@kaarmejewels.store within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
- Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and shipped within 7 business days of approval.
- Use bubble wrap or padding to prevent damage and send your item via tracked shipping. Kaarme is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once we receive your return.
- International returns: Mark packages as RETURN to avoid customs duties and taxes.
Warranty & Repairs
Kaarme Jewels pieces come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if the item has been misused or altered.
For repair inquiries, please email hello@kaarmejewels.store. Any applicable repair costs and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty Items
We thoroughly check each piece, but if you believe your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@kaarmejewels.store. Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing or breakage due to improper care, is not considered a fault.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid:
- Pulling or excessive force
- Saltwater, chlorine, perfumes, and lotions
- Harsh cleaning chemicals

Jewellery Variations
Some Kaarme pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. By buying from Kaarme you are accepting the handcrafted nature of our pieces and that there may be slight variations from the original photography.
