    Manufactured (cap, earrings, charms + chain necklaces): These are ready-to-ship and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Yes, we can prioritise and rush your order on a case-by-case basis. This service is $35 and ensures your order is dispatched within 2 business days of approval and sent via Express Post. Please use the contact form below and include your name and order number for approval.

  • We aim to get your order to you ASAP - because no one likes waiting! However, due to the nature and intention behind Kaarme, it can take 2-3 weeks for your handcrafted, beaded piece to be dispatched.
    Our ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 1-3 business days.

  • Yes, we do! We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

  • For our handcrafted beaded pieces, we use gold-filled materials for gold designs and sterling silver for silver designs. Our ready-to-ship pieces are finished with 1–1.5 microns of gold over a brass base.

  • Our priority is for you to love your pieces! We offer exchanges for non-personalised pieces within 2 weeks and provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.
