  • Yes, we do! We currently ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the USA.

  • For our gold jewellery, we primarily use gold-filled and brass.
    For our silver jewellery, we use both sterling silver and plated silver.

  • We aim to get your order to you ASAP - because no one likes waiting! However, due to the nature and intention behind Kaarme, it can take up to 3 weeks for your piece to be dispatched.

  • Our priority is for you to love your pieces! We offer exchanges for non-personalised pieces within 2 weeks and provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Every Kaarme piece is designed with love and intention and with the right care, it can remain a cherished part of your collection for years to come.

GENERAL CARE:

• Store jewellery in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight. Preferably in an airtight container or jewellery pouch to minimise exposure to air and moisture.

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and chemicals, as these can affect the appearance and durability of your piece. Harsh chemicals and salt will damage your jewellery over time.

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming and exercising to prevent unnecessary wear.

  • Avoid banging or rubbing your pieces against other jewellery or surfaces

•  Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove any buildup from daily wear.

  • Please note, all metal oxidises over time and will require maintenace

Shipping Information

Each piece is crafted with care and may take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched unless stated otherwise in the product description. If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to its dispatch timeframe in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together on the pre-order dispatch date.
