Yes, we do! We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and parts of the EU (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland).
For our handcrafted beaded pieces, we use gold-filled materials for gold designs and sterling silver for silver designs. Our ready-to-ship pieces are finished with 1–1.5 microns of gold over a brass base.
We aim to get your order to you ASAP - because no one likes waiting! However, due to the nature and intention behind Kaarme, it can take 2-3 weeks for your handcrafted, beaded piece to be dispatched.
Our ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 1-3 business days.
Our priority is for you to love your pieces! We offer exchanges for non-personalised pieces within 2 weeks and provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.
